Dr. Andy Bloom

“ Great Sermon! ”
Dr. Bloom takes us back to the Word of God and lets us know that the Holy Spirit does not need the flesh or modern day marketing in order to accomplish HIS work. After listening to a few of Bloom's church services, I believe the nightclub atmosphere of so many churches are because pastors aren't willing to pay the price in prayer, fasting, and II Timothy 3:12

If we are to follow the bible alone, God does not like men who lie with men period. As long as it's apart of Gods ministry we should preach it. Men who lie with men want God to excuse their behavior, but the holy spirit convicts them . Because the Holy Spirit convicts them, they are try to flee by saying we should let them be, but we are God's Spuritual church- no homosexual has GOD's spirit so they want to remove God from apps that help others to be more like Christ- NEVER MAY THAT HAPPEN. it's not about being judgmental, it's about taking care of Kingdom work and Kingdom work for the local church is to glorify God, edify the saints, and to make disciples. Not entertain the things that God hates.

I love my Baptist brethren; its just that most modern baptists are really gnostics and not christian. If they actually believed their 1689 confession and confessed the presence of Christ in the Supper, ditched the primacy of "personal devotions" for the priority of public worship, and lost their "priesthood of no believers" doctrine it would help a lot. Most modern presbyterians are just baptists in disguise and not the kind of Christian that Calvin was. Don't believe me? Read the Institutes.

I am thankful for this site and wish you every blessing in Christ.

I do however wish that it was a little more balanced in its material. It is too fundamentalist, too Baptist, too much focused on TULIP at the expense of the rest of Reformed teaching. The KJV-only quackery is found here too.

"Not attending church regularly" is the correct answer. Public worship is the single most important aspect of the christian life.
