Forget "social resposibility" how about "God Centered-Responsibilty"
If this group is sincere they must acknowledge that this world is passing away for a new one.1 John 2:15-17
15 Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. 17 The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever. 2 peter 3:7
But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. We need to place our energies back on christ instead of being distracted by the type of cars we drive- how materialistic. |

You know better than this 
I can't save, heal, or change anyone unless the Holy spirit or the lord sanctions or does it. I don't get any glory only jesus. Its not about me or my own agendas. Its about the Lords agenda. If the spirit leads me two give someone 2 aspirin- get me two aspirin. If God puts on my heart to do major surgery- wheres my scalpel. We can't sit here and cast aspertions on each other for points. the world is dying around us and the harvest is getting ripe. My heart hopes there is time to plant more seeds where ever they are out of love not righteouness. i place post here with the hope that other believers won't get caught up in packing for the flight home but will work up the last minute when jesus comes to take us home. |

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.I apologize for operating in my flesh with respect to this forum. It does not matter what color I am- because i am a child of God. CBC i want to challenge you, lets spend time promoting the word instead of debating it. There might be homosexuals who read this post looking for help for their sin/sickness.
