There will be degrees of punishment but there are NO degrees of righteousness or reward in heaven. Heaven is the consumation of salvation, as such, it is the gift of grace. All in the kingdom of heaven are equal and all are rewarded equally.
We are justified by Christ's blood and death. God then imputes to us the righteousness of Christ. He declares us not guilty, as though sin had not been committed.
