There is nothing wrong with 400 year old English. In fact some aspects of it are vary helpful. The AV differentiates between singular and plural pronouns(as do both Hebrew and Greek), pronouns beginning with "T" are singular and pronouns beginning with "Y" are plural.

If you adhere to the modern critical text, which is based on MSS such as codex sinaiticus and codex vaticanus, then you believe that for more than 1000 years all the Church had was corrupted Bible.
