I can't believe there is any arguement, discussion, or dispute over this question!!! When I answered, I thought no one will have voted for any answer except for the first choice...really sad!!!

Wow, how magnanimous of Planned Parenthood to respect Mrs. Tebow's "choice" to not murder her child. I guess the murder of unborn children is okay after all!

...and one wonders in our new age culture and the current fashionable "people-are-a-pox-on-the-earth attitude how much longer it will remain even a "choice." After all, Mrs. Tebow did go against medical advice to give her child life...

Yikes!! A little bitter, aren't we Mr. Gill? Don't sweat it; God won't make you believe Him. You can have your way. And I noticed you cannot leave comments on the Vanity Fair site. How convenient.

San Jose John wrote:
Psalm 90 is another good passage for this subject.
Especially verses 3 through 9.
This earthquake is just another part of the curse on creation, brought on by our sins (starting with Adam and Eve).
Amen!!

Rick, you did something wrong, because it absolutely gets the results that the article states. No one should be surprised by this.

I have a remedy: don't search with Google; search with Goodsearch. This is still America...for now, and we still have the choice to use another search engine...for now.

What's really frightening is that they pose as Christians when they are really a cult. Pray they will see the truth.

San Jose John, you are exactly right. Also, right after God tells Isaiah that He will extend Hezekiah's life for 15 years, Isaiah orders a poultice for Hezekiah. This is very sad. If they thought this was right, why did they call the ambulance after she stopped breathing? The name of God is blasphemed because of the insane, ungodly things we do in the name of Jesus (I am humbly including myself in there). May God have mercy on us.

Watch out, Tony. You sound like the Muslims only reading the Koran in Arabic. Maybe you need to go back to the Greek and Hebrew; the King James was only translated in the 1600's. Or Catholics might say go back to the Latin. The King James is an excellent, trustworthy translation, and I don't care for some of the new translations either (I like New King James myself; the trustworthy translation without the archaic language). But jjjj is right; this is the word of God, nonetheless.

True religion is caring for the orphans and the widows...I didn't mean the world's faulty definition of religion...let's stick with Biblical definitions guys.

"Freethought" Association, huh? Give me a break! Sounds like "Nothought" to me. These people don't want anyone to think; that would be dangerous!

I don't know exactly what is behind this, but I've met Jimmy Barrentine, head of the Iowa Convention, and I've seen him in action. The first time I met Mr. Barrentine was at a conference of pastors from all over the state of Iowa. Mr. Barrentine was in the parking lot picking up trash and welcomed us when we drove up. He didn't introduce himself as the head of the convention, but as Jimmy; that is servant leadership at work. We didn't know until much later that he was the president of the Iowa Convention. Iowa's Convention is run like a mission; no overbloat or executives with high salaries like here in the Tennessee Convention. If Mr. Barrentine is skeptical of this new resolution, I would be wary of the motive(s) behind the new resolution.

Where are the blacks people of this country in this debate? They should be totally irrate by the comparison of homosexuals and blacks; trying to equate this to the civil rights struggle for blacks in this country--how dare they!! The African-Americans of this country should be totally at irrate being compared to this perversion!

Unbelievable!! A relationship with the living God reduced to magical incantations to some kind of cosmic genie! Well, I guess the Roman church has been doing this for years, and some so-called "evangelicals" I dare say. It smacks of the "word of faith" movement--speak it and it will happen!

Unbelievable!! "Come, Lord Jesus!"

I don't think ignoramus should be censored either; everyone has a right to free speech. If he is breaking the law by intruding, disturbing the peace, and/or interrupting private funerals, he should be either thrown out or arrested.

What people should do is ignore him so maybe he and his 10 followers--all family members--will go away. He causes the name of God to be blasphemed due to his idiocy and ignorance of the Scripture and by spreading his hate-filled venom, keeping would be repenters out of the arms of Jesus. It's really a shame that he doesn't understand what keeps us out and gets us into heaven, i.e., the blood of Jesus Christ!

May God have mercy on us all!

Robert,

Your comment is so right on. Hitler is painted as a right-wing conservative, a facist, whereas the communists of his day (and still) are painted as radical left-wingers. The problem is, Stalin's regime and Hitler's regime played themselves out very much the same, with millions of people losing their lives. The Lord, who never changes, where there is not even a shadow of turning, is the only true conservative. That's what heppens when we stray from Biblical principles and Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior...

I guess President Obama does think we're stupid. This is what Hitler did: he told whoever he was talking to whatever they wanted to hear until he had enough power to silence them. And some (most) were blind enough to believe him.

We should feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the sick no matter what they believe. We won't, however, have true "unity" apart from Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit.

We need to be very careful these days and realize what is going on. When Mr. Obama references "those organizations that want to work on behalf of our communities and to do so without blurring the line that our founders wisely drew between church and state," I guarantee he's not talking about followers of Jesus Christ, Bible-believing Christians.

Correction--I meant to say that Robert is right, not Angela--our God is faithful.

Also, Alan H. is right. There is something way more ancient and sinister at work here than any "ism" could describe. Christian and Jews, beware.
