Too bad it took the NFL to take action, however, the Lord uses what He uses!

What I found interesting was that in California he would have to go to such great lengths to do such a thing. I'd think that it would be really easy there.

Another great example of why Christians should stop supporting state marriage licenses. Men and women don't need a state license to do what God has already allowed in His Word.

I wish our country would ban other 'holy' books besides the Bible. Heck, we won't even protect our borders from people who want to destroy our country. I guess it's too much to ask.

Would these stupid kids be willing to have their limbs amputated too? Those can also be used as weapons.

Here's a novel concept: Why not homeschool so you can not only control what your children learn, but what your children eat!?!

Parents who refuse to teach their own children and give them over day after day all day to other people have no right to be mad when these schools give their kids condoms, halal food, or whatever. They need to educate, i.e., care for and nurture their own children or quit whining.

It certainly was a blessing to read about this story given all the horrible things that we read all the time. There should be more news like this. There's a website - forgot the address - that only features happy news. I'm sure this story made it there!

I totally agree with you. This is a stupid bill. No wonder we're losing the battle on abortion when lame-brained Christians think like this.

No hard feelings, Anna!

If any Christian wants to shop at IKEA, it is certainly their liberty to do so, and there is no scripture saying not to, so you win there!

Robert E. Lee was an Episcopalian too, Yurich. Now if you want to tell me he wasn't a Unitarian, you won't get an argument from me.

So what if FDR was an Episcopalian? So is John Shelby Spong. FDR was a liberal, and liberal mainliners are Unitarians, basically. Ever talk to a liberal Methodist, Episcopalian or Presbyterian? They could give a whack less about Christ's atoning work, His Diety, the Trinity, man's sinful condition or the inerrancy and infallibility of Scripture. They believe that everyone is going to heaven. Ever looked at a UMC hymnal? Well, I have. They have quotes from the Dalai Lama and other one worlders in there, because they believe that ALL RELIGIONS ARE EQUAL. They're no more committed to Christianity than Hindus are to a Big Mac.

FDR was a communist. Do you really think he thought that Christ was the only way to salvation, or believed in the Trinity or the absolute authority of scripture? Huh? Like modern liberal Episcopalians, he may have given Christ some lip service, but his real religion was as R.J. Rushdoony called, the Religion of Humanity. And that's what unitarianism is. It isn't a denomination. It's a worldview.

Get a clue.

True, Neil. Unitarianism was rearing its ugly head well before Lincoln!
