“ God transforms everything. ” The presence of God with His people transforms everything. We must look not at the changing circumstances of our lives, but to the unchanging love of God for us. However, the last 2 points of the sermon are missing.
“ Great is our God! ” Excellent message, great text refuting Open Theism, very useful sermon in giving arguments against this false teaching. The God of the Bible is the only one glorious and worthy of our worship!
“ Great "Sin" Sermon! ” The preaching of sin and it's power and effect upon the human condition is essential today. All to often we find Christians who do not deal with sin and it's true effect on them. Total Depravity describes the Biblical extent of sin. Those in the church who quibble over this extent are doing so FROM sin itself. The Reformed Church addresses this dangerous power of iniquity, by teaching and proclaiming sins extent and effect, thus warning Christians of the real struggle within.
Rev. Parnell has a message well worth the hearing.
