Luke 1:5-13, "Living by faith in dark days". Preached Sabbath morning on 07/12/20.
Luke introduces John the Baptist's parents, putting them in their historic time and place.

They set an example to us of what waiting on the Lord looks like as they walked by faith and not by sight, patiently waiting on the Lord "walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord"
Remember that... I. God places His people in dark days II. God preserves His people during dark days III. God will visit His people to end dark days
