In our Thanksgiving sermon we hear of how we might give thanks to the Lord for His grace. Having seen the thief Christ redeems in the AM, we consider what the man's life might have been if he had lived. Would he continue to live in his sin? The answer is found in Ephesians 4:28 - and we find that the man would have stopped thieving, worked with his hands, and then given to those in need - he would become more conformed to the image of the Redeemer. That is our calling as well as we exercise the grace of the Lord we received in the Supper. Preached Sabbath PM on 12/12/21 from Ephesians 4:28.
