Just 3 miles from the village of Loughbrickland, Scarva sets the scene for the re-enactment of the defeat of King James II by William of Orange at the Battle of the Boyne in 1690. On the 13th July every year some 100,000 people flock to the event, which provides considerable opportunity for the distribution of gospel literature. In addition to the distribution of tracts, Loughbrickland RPC oversees a bookstall selling Reformed and Puritan books.
