If we are at war with each other we need to turn to God's Word;

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.

I didn't see this article the day it happened but I found her choice of words interesting;

"My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed."

Installed? Why didn't she say elected? Did she know what the democrats had in mind if Joe Biden loses the election?

 I am most intrigued by the damage that ‘helicopter/snowplow’ parents can do in honest conversations about gender/sexuality,”

He appears to be admitting they only want dishonest conversion on these matters. And he expects parents to sit idly and allow it to happen?

I like your post Jim.

Roman's 5 is an important chapter. If one sin brought condemnation to all men, what does God demand? Perfection! Once you have fallen short of perfection how do you again attain to perfection? It is impossible except through the blood of Jesus!

Delores, the next time someone tells you it is his body and he can do what wants with it, take him to God's Word;

1Corinthians6

19 What? know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have of God, and you are not your own?

20 For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

I would expect they will wait 2 years, invoke the 25th amendment, and we will have 10 years of whomever he chooses as his vice president.

You would think with all the concern about racism people would be willing to embrace the only cure;

JESUS CHRIST!

Mike from New York said the things mentioned in the article are signs of adulthood. I would be more specific, saying they are signs of responsibility(adult or not). But there seems to be a growing segment of our population that is not concerned with responsibility. Since freedom and responsibility go hand-in-hand you can't destroy one without the other.

I agree with you Dr. Tim on pointing out II Chronicles, but in addition to praying we must remember; "and turn from their wicked ways".

Repentance is a much a key as praying.

It looks to me as though it has already begun.

I wonder if he has read the constitution lately(or ever) because I'm pretty sure the first amendment covers that.

Furthermore, why, in his mind, would the police have to de- escalate when their is nothing wrong with violent protesting?

I never have been able to follow the "logic" of liberals

I find it interesting how the first five words of the 1st amendment are always ignored by these people;"Congress shall make no law". This is what is expressly forbidden by the First amendment, and this has nothing to do with Congress making a law, just like all their other protests. It only has to do with their hatred of all things God.

I have often thought these people are not very committed to there cause.

Considering we exhale carbon dioxide- targeted as the main component of "climate change"- and their concern for over population, if they would all stop breathing they would be killing two birds with one stone.

I guess everyone else is supposed to be making that sacrifice.

I don't understand why people make the argument that prohibition didn't work. You never hear people saying laws against murder, theft, rape, etc. don't work. Should we advocate to get rid of them?

Laws are not made to eliminate a behavior but to offer a method for punishment.

1Cor 7:2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

A man cannot have a husband nor can a woman have a wife. Anything that falls outside the parameters given here is lmmoral.

My guess is they are waiting for a government program to provide glasses to these people, which will provide money for optometrists. They may even have lobbyists working on it.

Or maybe he "identifies" as an honest person who would never do such a thing.
