Most westerners, “by an large” lack knowledge & understanding about “Islam” & its practitioners, “Muslims”. To which they’re aware of & operate in that ignorance.

Islam operates more like a political system than a religion.

A cursory reading of Koran & Hadith will reveal its disjointed narrative. Also it's disturbing requirements for violent subjugation of resistors.

It’s true that “Islam” is a ideology masquerading as a religion... but “Muslim” does not mean a individual; "Muslim" is an Arabic word meaning "submitter" (to Allah).
