Sermon:
A Complete Salvation
Pastor William Poss

“ Great Sermon! ”
Thank you for sharing some scriptures that most Preachers skip over. This sermon makes you think about how you are not as good as you think you are, and that the penalty for sin is much worse than we care to think about. Thanks for reminding us that this is serious.

“ Great Sermon! Well worth listening to. ”
Do you like hearing about other people's sin, and how they will be judged? What about your own sin? This is a good sermon to listen to. We all need to look in the mirror and see ourselves, and not focus so much on the sins of others.

I feel that Mike Huckabee is the obvious choice for Conservatives. Unfortunately, some are more concerned with beating Hillary than voting for the best man.

Very good point Bro. Terrell. How often do we forget or neglect to give thanks to the Lord for all that He has done for us?

I have perused this thread and have remembered why I have left the whacko wing of the fundamentalist movement.

Rick Warren is a man, he is by that very fact going to have flaws. Show me a perfect man, and I will already know His name, Jesus Christ.

I don't spend time dissecting Rick Warren's life. That, to me, would be a worthless waste of time. I spend my time becoming more like Jesus Christ. That is worth it all.

PS - Read the book. I couldn't care if RW ate babies for breakfast. The theology is still sound.

Again, the law is the ministry of death, and the Sabbath is of the law, Christ spent 3 sabbath days in the tomb,(Thusrday,Friday and Saturday) and was resurrected on the 1st day of the week which is also the 8th day, 8 is the number of New beginning, 1 is the number of unity, therefore we are one in Christ with a new beginning. Nice to talk with you. Scott

Yes you are correct, Let me clarify, 7th day sabbath, I am aware there were Sabbaths that were not on the 7th day. Ex. 20:8-11 7th day sabbath. Ex. 31:13-18, is very clear this is for the children of Israel, throughout THEIR generations for a perpetual covenant. (also note anyone doing work should surely be put to death)

My point is Sunday cannot be the Sabbath, it is a contradiction in terms. The Word cannot be as such, still though Gal 3:1-14 "No man is justified by the law in the sight of God." Gal 4:22-31, 5:1, One day to set aside is no more than the other, 1Cor 10:31-33

The sabbath is under the law. The law is the ministry of death. Christ is the minister of life. Sunday is resurrection day. New beginning, New life, The Lord's day, however I congradulate this young man for standing up.

“ Great Sermon! ”
Thank you so much brother for standing up for the truth. Its no wonder no one ever gets persecuted for preaching the gospel. Hardly anyone is preaching the true gospel. I am very saddened by "modern day evangelism" and see this false Christianity every time I go out into the streets to minister. I ministered something similar to your message on Monday night at Teen Challenge. I am so tired of messages being preached that are sending people straight to hell. I wept at your message.
