GG won't answer your last question...."Is the blood of Christ enough to save or isn't it?........because he believes that catholics can loose their salvation because that is what his church teaches him. This is why they are not saved because they are depending upon their performance and good deeds (penance, confession, indulgences, purgatory, etc.) to go to heaven. Their faith, as you know, does nothing to exalt Christ Jesus and His blood and power ALONE to save.

This is another reason why whenever you talk to a catholic most of the time they will say, "Oh yes, I am a good, devout catholic".

You know, I work in the health care field and I have always referred to my personal job as my patients, because to me it was personal......one on one....just like it is in a relationship with the Lord. He deals with us each as individuals, one on one with intimacy.

But now the patient is no longer referred to as the patient but a consumer, so this is why most of the time when you go to visit the doctor, dentist, etc., you feel like you are on a conveyor belt or an assembly line. It is no longer personal and intimate but money driven and this is why health care in this country is in the state that it is.

True believers are better off being autonomous.

I love the opening statement....."In a time of deep religious division and tension"......whatever, there has always been division and tension in this world and especially in religion. It's just a smokescreen of false peace in preparation for the Antichrist.

The world says: "If you can't beat em, join em"!

God says the direct antithesis of that: "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers; for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people."............II Corinthians 6: 14-16

The sheep have been warned repeatedly and some sheep are ignorant and dumb and just sympathize with heresy because these sheep "feel" we need to be loving!

Those catholics come over here and try to get the real sheep to "understand" their point of view and join forces with them. Not all of them, but some of them do and they really hate the sheep that stand for TRUTH without apology.

The truth does not tickle people's ears. This is a spiritual battle and what we can not see is Satan and all his wild schemes against the Living God.

Sophistry. If you don't know what that word means...look it up in the dictionary because that is exactly what you are doing. (I'll save you the time and effort of looking it up.......it means a debate intended to deceive. By your words, you deceive yourself and the ONLY reason you are here to debate is to deceive others with subtle sophistry.

There is so much catholic influence and most Christians just accept them into their flock or allow them to teach a bible study at a seminary campus or even put them in "professor" postions......many evangelical campuses have catholics on their boards that are given permission to teach the Word of God to new seminary students.

I want everyone to understand that once again I do not hate catholics. I have had many catholics help me out in a jam and I too have helped them when they were in a jam, but while I did it I always told them the truth repeatedly. I guess most Christians feel it's a losing battle especially in lieu of ECT....just about everyone has jumped on board the band wagon. The catholic church has always wanted to dominate this world with her religion.....well she has but her religion is of this world and not God's kingdom so I won't have to be vexed by evil anymore when I go to be with the Lord. Not by my flesh or by another's flesh, or Satan.

This is why I truly have lost interest in church activity because just about every church and ministry has given themselves over in compromise to the catholic church and it vexes my soul so bad that I want no part of it. Sound doctrine no longer is the issue........we must get along and that 's it.

Satan stategy of course is to come as an angel of light and get believers to accept unsound doctrine and just go with the flow......after all everyone else is doing it.

Satan says, "We should all just get along, I mean what's the big deal way....a little compromise will not hurt anyway...in fact it will build up your community and make you look real good and proper and everyone loves everyone."

I think all born-again believers should start evangelizing catholic blogs and just maybe everyone might rethink ECT because clearly their are very strong doctrinal differences that obviously separate us and do not bring unity at all.
